Liam McConnell- Architect
Liam McConnell has been with the company for seven years. A highly respected member of the team, along with Tom Marsh, McConnell is an integral part of the companies success and future.
Tom Marsh - Architect
Working in the same field as Liam McConnell with in the company, the two enjoy great success as a partnership both in and outside the work place. Tom has been with the company for a period of three years, but has already established himself as one of the most highly respected architects within the company and the housing field.
Philip Munnelly - Contractor Construction Team
Philip is currently the longest serving member of our team. He has worked with the company since the age of sixteen. A highly experienced member of the company having completed twenty five years of service Phil is seen as a role model to many of the other staff within the company.
Muaaz Munshi - Contractor Construction Team
Many see Muaaz as Philip's apprentice. If this is the case he has got a very good tutor. Muaaz like Chris Martin joined the company this year after three years working for his fathers company. Munshi has already shown great promise and will hope to continue learning his trade and striving for success.
Thomas Neary - PQS
Currently a PQS within the firm Neary is regarded as one of the brightest up and coming talents within the hole of the sector. After gaining several promotions in just four years with the company, many are tipping this young man to achieve great things for Maple Homes.
Jemma Hirani
Along with Thomas Neary Jemma is another one of Maple Homes professionals quantity surveyors. A dominant role model to many in the company Jemma has been involved in some of the toughest project completions in the history of Maple Homes. A very energetic character who is a valuable asset to the team.
Richard Murray
Richard holds the job title of contractors QS. Richard is an important figure within the company as he enables both client and contractors to work in harmony together to get the best out of both parties. A very intelligent man and a genuinely honest man to be part of the team.
Chris Martin
Chris has only just recently joined the company. Along with Richard Murray, Chris is responsible in all the dealings between the contractors, the clients, and the PQS. Many have been very encouraged with his start and he has proved that he can easily have a long successful career within the company.
